What areas do you serve?

Are you available 24/7?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency service, 365 days a year. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 5 pm.
Which brands do you work on?
All major brands, including Lennox, Carrier, Trane, York, Goodman, Amana, American Standard, Bryant and Payne.
How much is a tune-up?
Basic maintenance is $129, including a tune-up and basic cleaning. Rates are subject to change.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. New high-efficiency furnaces we install come with a 10-year parts and labour warranty, and our flat-rate repair packages include warranties from 6 months to 2 years.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available on new furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and larger repairs, so you can fix it now and pay monthly. See our financing page for how it works.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We handle rooftop units, make-up air units, kitchen exhaust fans and chimneys, unit and tube heaters, and ductwork, and offer maintenance contracts.
